About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team in the packaging/print industry. This individual will regularly collaborate with the creative team to ensure best in class packaging execution. This role requires someone who can manage multiple jobs simultaneously and must be incredibly detailed and organized.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in graphic design/visual arts (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop).
• Experience in developing product packaging with dielines.
• Layout and production skills with understanding of the printing process.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail, both visually and grammatically.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Layout and production for packaging, including but not limited to, boxes, labels, blister cards, displays and signage.
• Production-level graphic design support.
• Maintain a high standard of visual quality & consistency in accordance with established brand standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with the print production team to ensure designs are correctly executed.
• Creating and/or updating dielines for packaging.
