Join our staffing firm as a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist & Administrative Assistant! We're looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented professional to support both talent acquisition and administrative functions while working closely with the Director of Staffing to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of positions across industries.
- Create and manage job postings on multiple platforms to attract high-quality talent.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update applicant tracking systems consistently.
Administrative Support:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Director of Staffing, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and internal reporting.
- Prepare recruitment and operational documentation, reports, and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files in accordance with compliance standards.
Client and Business Development:
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving staffing needs and deliver outstanding service.
- Partner with the Director of Staffing to identify and pursue new business opportunities and client leads.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client onboarding materials.
Payroll & HR Support:
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely employee compensation.
- Support onboarding processes, employee relations, and basic compliance tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) required.
- Experience in recruitment, administrative support, payroll, and human resources.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS or ATS systems is a plus.
