Join our staffing firm as a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist & Administrative Assistant! We're looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented professional to support both talent acquisition and administrative functions while working closely with the Director of Staffing to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of positions across industries.
  • Create and manage job postings on multiple platforms to attract high-quality talent.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and update applicant tracking systems consistently.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Director of Staffing, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and internal reporting.
  • Prepare recruitment and operational documentation, reports, and correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files in accordance with compliance standards.

Client and Business Development:

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving staffing needs and deliver outstanding service.
  • Partner with the Director of Staffing to identify and pursue new business opportunities and client leads.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client onboarding materials.

Payroll & HR Support:

  • Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely employee compensation.
  • Support onboarding processes, employee relations, and basic compliance tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) required.
  • Experience in recruitment, administrative support, payroll, and human resources.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS or ATS systems is a plus.
