Job Description

Music City PrEP Clinic (MCPC) is changing sexual healthcare by emphasizing patient experience and providing low-barrier access to biomedical interventions and services for sexual health and wellness. We are LGBTQ friendly and serve our patients with a highly skilled and competent team of clinicians, staff, and volunteers who dedicate their time and expertise to see patients during convenient weekday and weekend hours. We accept insured, under-insured, and uninsured patients with affordable, low-cost, or no-cost services.

MCPC provides world-class affordable healthcare and wellness with attention to earning every patient’s trust through trust-building, courtesy, showcraft, and efficiency. We create great experiences by design which are felt by our clients and their patients, shared with their friends, and relayed to us by their feedback. Patients come for prevention and treatment and leave healthier, more confident, and better informed than when they arrived.

MCPC has built a significant track record of success and has grown to include five clinic locations across four cities in Tennessee and Kentucky (Nashville, Memphis, Chattanooga, and Louisville), as well as two mobile units. We have exceptionally high reviews from our patients and staff enabling us to provide great experiences in support of our mission to end HIV. 85% of our employees have told us this is the best working experience they’ve ever had. We have 130 employees making a difference every day, an $85 million operating budget, and are proud to have served over 22,000 patients in our work. MCPC is headquartered in Nashville, home to the nation's largest concentration of healthcare companies, with over 900 entities in the area generating more than $97 billion in revenue.
