Hourly Base Pay by Level

• Total annual earnings typically range from $80,000-$130,000+, depending on level, performance, and consistency.

• • Apprentice: $18-$20/hr
  • Tech 1: $20-$25/hr
  • Tech 2: $25-$30/hr
  • Tech 3: $30-$35/hr
  • Tech 4: $35-$45/hr

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and present repair options
• Deliver a clean, professional customer experience
• Follow safety and quality standards on every call

What We're Looking For

• HVAC service experience at any level (we place technicians at the appropriate level based on skill, not titles)
• EPA certification or the ability to obtain quickly
• Strong diagnostic and communication skills
• Professional, reliable, team-oriented mindset
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
