Job Title: Journeyman Plumber
Location: Ann Arbor, MI
Schedule: Wed–Sat, 2:00 PM–12:00 AM
Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain water, steam, medical gas, and drain piping systems

Read blueprints, diagnose issues, and ensure systems meet plumbing and fire protection codes

Maintain boilers, chillers, and fire suppression systems
-
Work with advanced materials: copper, cast iron, plastic, etc.

Perform backflow testing and repairs
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Current MI Journeyman Plumber license & ASSE Backflow Certification
-
Strong knowledge of domestic water, hydronic, steam, and fire suppression systems
-
Ability to read plans, work in tight/confined spaces, and lift/move equipment
Preferred:
-
Master Plumber license, Medical Gas Certification (6010), and Fire Pump Test Certification
-
4–6 years of experience with sprinkler systems and healthcare facilities
-
Familiarity with CMMS systems, tools, and NFPA/OSHA safety codes
