Job DescriptionNow Hiring: Roll Forming Operator 2nd Shift! Location: Niles, OH Pay: $17/hour Full-time | Temp-to-Hire Shift: MondayThursday, 3:00 PM 1:00 AM Overtime Possible on Fridays! Resume & Interview Required Drug-Free Workplace Drug Test Required What Youll Be DoingGet hands-on with industrial machinery and help shape the materials that shape the world! Youll:Set up and operate roll forming equipment based on product specs Adjust presses for different dies and products Perform daily pre-operation equipment checks Accurately fill out production logs Monitor product quality and report any issues Package products, label, and prep for shipment Stack and band pallets for delivery Maintain a clean, organized workspace Operate forklifts to load/unload coils and transport materials Support the Maintenance Team with minor repairs and alerts What Were Looking ForMechanically inclined problem-solvers Able to read a tape measure like a pro Comfortable with basic math (yes, there will be numbers) Experience That Stands OutPrior forklift driving Manufacturing or warehouse background Physical DemandsLift up to 60 lbs Be on your feet for 8+ hours a day Regular squatting, bending, and arm movement Frequent hand and grip work Occasionally push/pull carts or toolboxes Hop on and off a forklift throughout the shift Ready to join a solid team and work with your hands in a fast-paced, supportive environment?
