What You’ll Do

• Meet homeowners, deliver polished consultations, and close projects (front yards, driveways, pool areas, and more).

• Run site walkthroughs; craft solution-driven proposals with clear ROI and timelines.

• Own the follow-up: calls, texts, and emails that move deals to “yes.”

• Maintain a clean pipeline in the CRM; hit (and beat) monthly targets.

• Partner with operations to ensure a smooth handoff and rave-worthy installs.

What You Bring

• Proven sales experience (in-home, B2C, or B2B). Home improvement/remodeling experience is a big plus.

• Confident closer with excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Organized, proactive, and competitive—loves goals and hates excuses.

• Comfortable with CRM tools and basic office apps (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to visit job sites.

Compensation & Growth
