What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute ISO 27001 audits across IT systems and business units.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of information security controls and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- Document audit findings in clear, actionable reports for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay ahead of evolving threats, standards, and best practices in cybersecurity and compliance.
- Support external audits and certification efforts.
What You Bring
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven technical audit experience in IT environments.
- Deep knowledge of ISO 27001 standards and implementation.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure: networks, servers, databases, and cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in security protocols, encryption, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Excellent report writing and documentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders across all levels.
- Solid grasp of internal control concepts and risk-based auditing.
- Sharp problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Impeccable attention to detail in evaluating systems and processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) or equivalent certification.
- Familiarity with NIST, SOC 2, GDPR, or other compliance frameworks.
