Our Customer Service Representative/Account Assistant, is responsible for processing policy changes, responding to requests, maintaining accurate data base information, billing and learning rating systems. We offer top rate training and mentorship. The cost of licensure and any approved training is covered by the company. We invest in our people! We prefer experience in the insurance industry, but it is not required as long as you are ready to learn and grow.

Responsibilities
- Assist Account Managers and Producers
- Maintain contact with clients, to ensure they receive the best customer service
- Maintain communication with underwriters
- Market agency client to insurance companies
- Complete policy changes, proposals, quote reviews, rating duties, etc.
Requirements
- Must be willing to obtain property and casualty license at our cost.
- High School Diploma required.
- Post-secondary degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Professional office and phone etiquette
