TITLE: Documentation Specialist
LOCATION: On-site in Largo, Florida
COMP RANGE: $20.00/hour

We’re looking for a Documentation Specialist who thrives in a structured, high-accountability environment and understands the importance of accuracy, urgency, and compliance. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring critical documentation is complete, compliant, and processed efficiently while building strong, professional relationships with physician offices and internal partners
What You’ll Do
Drive Documentation Completion & Accuracy (25%)
- Proactively contact physician offices to confirm receipt of required paperwork
- Review documentation for completeness and compliance with strict standards
- Follow up persistently to ensure all required information is accurate and fully completed
Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience (25%)
- Own each interaction with professionalism and empathy through inbound and outbound calls
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with physician offices and partners
- Ensure every touchpoint reflects a high standard of service and responsiveness
Educate & Influence External Partners (25%)
- Clearly communicate the urgency and importance of timely documentation
- Guide physician offices through requirements to reduce delays and errors
- Partner with internal teams to support product awareness and opportunities
Ensure Administrative Excellence (25%)
- Receive, process, and organize a high volume of sensitive documents and communications
- Manage both electronic and paper files with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, especially when handling confidential information
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who is meticulous, proactive, and thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven administrative, healthcare support, or customer service environment
- Demonstrated experience managing documentation workflows requiring accuracy, compliance, and follow-through
- Working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid processes and documentation standards
- Strong verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting with external professional offices
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) with strong typing and data entry accuracy
- Candidates must currently possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with physician offices, medical documentation, or regulated environments
- Familiarity with compliance-driven processes or audit requirements
- Experience in roles requiring high-volume follow-up and documentation completion
