Job DescriptionJob Title: Scanning / Document Imaging Associate
Contract Duration: 4-Month Contract
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85009
Pay Rate: $18.60 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Start Time: 7:30 AM
End Time: 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Prepare physical documents for scanning
Scan documents using standard desktop scanners
Perform quality control checks on scanned files
Enter required data points into Excel on a daily basis
Index scanned documents accurately
File and organize documents after scanning
Maintain professionalism while interacting with on-site client staff
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
1–2 years of clerical, office, or related experience preferred (not required)
Prior copy, scanning, or document management experience is a plus
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel for data entry
Strong organizational and time management skills
Customer-service oriented and professional demeanor
