Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) skilled in school-based therapy to support K-12 students in Aurora, CO. This contract position offers a chance to make a meaningful impact throughout the current school year (CSY) by delivering specialized language and speech services in an educational setting.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) certification with experience in school environments
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
  • Strong skills in assessment, individualized intervention planning, and progress monitoring for K-12 students
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques relevant to diverse student populations

Location:

  • Aurora, Colorado
  • Serving a public K-12 school setting

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students goals
  • Provide direct therapy services individually or in small groups
  • Monitor and document student progress, making data-driven adjustments as necessary
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including IEP development and review
  • Communicate effectively with families to support student growth outside of therapy sessions
