Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in New York, New York. This role involves supporting daily operations by handling administrative tasks with precision and a high level of attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
• Answer and manage inbound calls, directing inquiries and messages appropriately.
• Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain and update records.
• Assist with receptionist duties, including welcoming guests and managing front desk activities.
• Organize and maintain office documents, files, and supplies.
• Coordinate schedules and meetings, including booking conference rooms.
• Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support team members with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
• Monitor and order office supplies to ensure availability.
• Maintain an environment that is organized and welcoming.• Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in data entry and record management.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle high volumes of inbound calls with professionalism.
• Familiarity with receptionist duties and front desk management.
• Skill in organizing and maintaining office documents and supplies.
• Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
