What Youll Do

  • Diagnose and service residential HVAC systems
  • Perform maintenance, repairs, and system recommendations
  • Identify water quality or plumbing opportunities during calls
  • Educate homeowners and recommend the right solutions
  • Turn service calls into high-value sales opportunities
  • Deliver a 5-star customer experience

Pay Structure

  • Competitive hourly base
  • Commission on HVAC sales, upgrades, and water systems

  • $30$40/hr + commission
    $80,000$130,000+ total earning potential

What Were Looking For

  • HVAC experience required
  • Plumbing or water treatment experience is a strong plus
  • Comfortable speaking with homeowners and making recommendations
  • Sales-minded with strong communication skills
