\nLocal Travel RN Director of Clinical Services – Home Health/Hospice
\nConnected Health Care is partnering with a leading home health and hospice organization in Meridian, ID, to fill a Local Travel RN Director of Clinical Services position. This is a 13-week contract role with weekly compensation up to $3150 based on experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled RN with leadership experience in hospice and home health to guide a team, ensure clinical excellence, and make a meaningful impact in the community.
\nKey Responsibilities:\n

\n\t
• Organize and direct the agency’s ongoing clinical functions.\n\t
• Establish and communicate the agency’s vision and mission to the team.\n\t
• Train, develop, and assign clinical staff to provide top-quality patient care.\n\t
• Provide guidance and oversight for clinical quality management.\n\t
• Support the medical director with nursing and clinical responsibilities.\n\t
• Perform Q&A, assist with medications, and ensure documentation accuracy.\n\t
• Attend and participate in meetings, conferences, and continuing education.\n\t
• Conduct field work as needed and provide mentorship in the field.\n\t
• Serve on-call as part of leadership coverage.\n

\nRequired Education & Certifications:\n\n

\n\t
• Registered Nurse (RN) with a current, unencumbered Idaho license.\n\t
• Current CPR Certification.\n\t
• Current Driver’s License with a clean driving record.\n

\nExperience & Skills:\n\n

\n\t
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospice and palliative medicine (Required).\n\t
• Minimum 2 years’ management or supervisory experience (Required).\n\t
• Hospice experience: 1-3 years required; home health experience preferred.\n\t
• Proven ability to lead, train, and develop clinical staff.\n\t
• Strong clinical skills for mentoring, training, and field support.\n\t
• Knowledge of business growth, financial management, and personnel development.\n\t
• Leadership qualities: ability to inspire, motivate, set expectations, and empower team members.\n
