We are an AAHA-accredited, 4-doctor practice dedicated to high-quality medicine and exceptional client care. Our hospital is equipped with digital X-ray, digital dental radiography, laser therapy, and access to a mobile ultrasound specialist, allowing our team to deliver top-tier care every day.
What You’ll Do
As a CSR, you’ll be the heart of our client experience by:
- Greeting clients and patients with warmth and compassion
- Scheduling appointments and managing daily workflow
- Handling a multi-line phone system while assisting in-person clients
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Answering questions and educating clients on services
- Supporting the veterinary team to ensure a smooth, efficient day
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone who is:
- Friendly, positive, and genuinely enjoys helping others
- Organized, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting
Requirements:
- 1+ year of veterinary client service experience required
- Previous experience in a veterinary hospital setting
- Familiarity with Cornerstone (preferred, but not required)
Schedule
- Full-time, flexible 5/8 schedule
- Monday–Friday availability required
- Rotating Saturdays
