About Us:

Founded in 2020, Cloudline Physical Therapy is an outpatient physical therapy practice owned and operated by physical therapists. We have since grown to three clinic locations. Culture is our highest priority. We are intent on continuing our culture of growth and invest heavily in the development of our staff.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist new patient(s) set-up initial evaluation. Understand care plans, maintain clinic schedule.
  • Navigate electronic medical records (EMR) software.
  • Collect patient payments (copayments, deductibles, etc.).
  • Communicate with patients to help them fully understand complex medical benefits.
  • Administrative tasks such as answering the phone, faxing information to physicians, organizing/categorizing paperwork, and financial items that are integral to clinic operations.
  • Liaison with external billing team regarding patient accounts and insurance issues.
  • Communicate with insurance companies to obtain authorizations and referrals.
  • Function as the company’s first impression via face-to-face greeting and/or first phone interaction.
  • Answer incoming calls and emails in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Apply critical thinking skills to resolve account issues.
  • Use multiple internal communication tools, including email and workspace chat.
  • Complete medical records requests.
  • Work collaboratively with Physical Therapists to optimize patient arrival.

Requirements:

· Computer proficiency and comfort with learning new electronic platforms is imperative.

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively is required.

· Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred.

· Knowledge of insurances and medical terminology is preferred, but not required.

· College degree preferred. High school diploma required.
