Executive Assistant to CEO- Las Catalinas, Guanacaste
Our client, Center of Joy, a holistic wellness center located in Las Catalinas, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO. This role involves managing schedules, supporting sales and marketing initiatives, coordinating projects, and ensuring effective communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel logistics
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, and documentation
- Support international marketing efforts and analyze sales performance
- Coordinate and oversee special projects aligned with strategic goals
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
- Assist in organizing events, workshops, and retreats
- Contribute to operational efficiency and budget oversight
- Ensure continuity of operations in the CEO’s absence
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in wellness, hospitality, or service industries
Bilingual English-Spanish
Solid understanding of sales, marketing, and project management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
Strong organizational skills, discretion, and ability to work independently
