Job Description

Job DescriptionDescription:

Connect with purpose. Care with heart. Grow with us.

At Great Rivers Dental, we believe dental care is personal — and that exceptional patient experiences start the moment someone walks through our doors.

We’re looking for a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to join our compassionate, growth-minded team. In this role, you’ll help patients feel comfortable, supported, and confident in their care from start to finish.

Whether you have experience in a dental or healthcare setting — or are brand new to the field — we provide comprehensive, hands-on training and mentorship to help you thrive.

WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT HERE:

A Values-Driven Culture

Our Core Focus is to empower people to confidently reach their full potential through exceptional and compassionate dental care.

Every team member plays an essential role in making that possible — and we live out our Core Values every day:

  • Patient Centered – We show compassion, clarity, anticipation, follow-through, and respect in every interaction.
  • Always Learning, Always Improving – We embrace curiosity, feedback, ownership, growth, and sharing.
  • One Trusted Team – We value support, respect, communication, recognition, and dependability.
  • Choose Positivity, Take Initiative – We bring solutions, encouragement, enthusiasm, and action to our work.
  • Do What’s Right – We lead with honesty, privacy, accountability, courage, and integrity.

A Front-Office Role with Real Impact

As the first and last point of contact for patients, you’ll set the tone for each visit — ensuring every interaction is welcoming, organized, and compassionate. You’ll coordinate appointments, manage patient communication, and support the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly.

Growth & Development Opportunities

We invest in your success through:

  • Hands-on training and mentorship
  • Continuing education and professional growth support
  • Opportunities to advance within a growing dental group

Competitive Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive hourly wage with performance-based growth
  • 401(k) with matching

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Preferred (not required):

  • Experience & Education: High school diploma or GED required. Experience in a dental, medical, or customer service role is preferred — but we’ll train the right person with the right attitude.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using dental software, email, and tools like Microsoft 365 — or eager to learn.
  • Communication Pro: You communicate clearly and compassionately, whether in person, by phone, or in writing.

Requirements:

  • Reliable & Detail-Oriented: You’re organized, dependable, and take pride in accuracy.
  • Patient-Focused: You love creating a calm, positive experience for every patient.
  • Team Player: You collaborate with positivity and help others succeed.
  • Adaptable & Positive: You stay flexible and upbeat, even in a busy environment.
  • Growth Mindset: You’re eager to learn, improve, and take initiative in your professional development.
