Print Account Manager – Digital/Large Format
Location: Minneapolis Area
Hourly Rate: $28 - $32/hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Print Account Manager to join a growing printing company in the Minneapolis area. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, overseeing the production process, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and building strong client relationships. This position requires a strong understanding of large format and digital print production, digital technologies, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client accounts, including day-to-day communication, project timelines, and deliverable quality
Coordinate production schedules and workflow for large format and digital print jobs
Provide quotes, estimates, and cost analysis to clients
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during production
Maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction
Work closely with the production and design teams to ensure smooth operations
Review and proof digital artwork for accuracy, ensuring all specifications are met
Help with sales and business development efforts as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in print account management, especially with large format/digital printing
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of print production processes, materials, and technologies
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with print software (Adobe, etc.) a plus
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and customer service skills
