We are on the lookout for an Associate Dentist to become part of our expanding team. This is your opportunity to contribute to our mission and deliver exceptional dental care to the community. Here’s what you can anticipate:

- Participate in morning meetings (feel free to take the lead!) to organize your day and celebrate your team.
- Work primarily with children, who represent 70% or more of our patient demographic!
Your Responsibilities
In the role of Associate Dentist, you will deliver dental services to patients, supported by a committed team. Our practice features:
- DentaPro software
- Digital x-ray and Panorex systems
- Fiber-optic handpieces
- Annual training in OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management
- A collaborative team structure with 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
- A patient demographic primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults based on location
- An average patient flow of 10-12 operative cases and 20-25 hygiene appointments
- A variety of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payment options

- Guaranteed base compensation of $900/day with unlimited earning potential
- Sign-on bonus of $40,000

What We Seek From You
- DDS/DMD from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- A current, valid dental license in the states where you will practice or eligibility for licensure
- Other necessary certifications - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (required only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- A caring demeanor and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults
