Job Descriptionhighly renowned healthcare non-profit is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the HR People Leader. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of Administrative Executive Support including strong proficiency of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and some meeting planning experience.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting team meetings by creating agendas, taking notes, and tracking follow-up items
- Providing calendar management and scheduling support to multiple team members
- Assist with travel coordination and organizing and submitting expense reports.
- Helping prepare invoices for payment processing
- Organizing and maintaining electronic files and contracts
- Provide professional support to all team members with a high level of customer service

THIS IS A HYBRID POSITION WITH THREE DAYS IN THE OFFICE.
Hours are 9:00am - 3:45pm.
