Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Line Cook, you will:
- Follow recipes and practice portion control to prepare, garnish, and present ordered items
- Maintain a well-organized kitchen station daily
- Requisition and stock all necessary food, paper products, and condiments
- Handle, store, and rotate all products properly to ensure freshness
- Perform regular maintenance, cleaning, and breakdown of kitchen equipment
- Complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists as required
- Uphold the quality of products served
- Execute general and specific cleaning tasks to adhere to health standards
- Take on other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 18 years of age
- A minimum of one year of experience in a food service environment
- A high school diploma (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to read, speak, and understand English for effective communication
- Basic mathematical skills
- Brand Certification, as required
- The ability to stand and work in confined spaces for extended periods
