Schedule: MondayFriday | No Nights, Weekends, or Holidays

About the Role

Were seeking a driven and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead operations at one of our established FQHC pharmacy sites. Youll play a vital role in team leadership, operational oversight, and compliance all while supporting underserved communities in Indiana.

Work Hours

• MondayThursday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

• Lunch Break: 12:00 PM 1:00 PM

• Zero weekend or holiday shifts

Key Duties

• Oversee all daily pharmacy functions including hiring, training, and scheduling staff

• Review and verify prescriptions; collaborate with providers on medication-related decisions

• Ensure drug storage, ordering, and inventory control meet compliance and safety standards

• Maintain accurate records across inventory, controlled substances, and patient data

• Monitor customer service levels, pharmacy presentation, and staff performance

• Support new pharmacy openings and participate in telepharmacy operations as needed

• Work with executive leadership to assess and improve pharmacy workflows and outcomes

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited institution

• Active Indiana Pharmacist License

• Certification to provide immunizations

• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or management role within pharmacy operations (preferred)

• Previous experience in a community health setting or working with 340B programs is a plus
