Key Responsibilities:
- Perform pressure, temperature, and flow drop calculations for mechanical systems.
- Conduct heat transfer analysis to optimize system efficiency.
- Size absorption chillers and develop detailed P&IDs.
- Utilize Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD for project documentation and design.
- Translate conceptual designs into mechanical engineering packages.
- Provide technical input and support throughout all project stages, from sales to installation.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in design and implementation.
- Collaborate on conceptual design and development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from an accredited institution.
- Experience in power generation or RNG industries.
- Proficiency in pressure/temperature/flow drop calculations and heat transfer analysis.
- Skills in creating P&IDs and using AutoCAD for mechanical design.
- Competence in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project for project management and documentation.
- Ability to translate conceptual designs into functional specifications.
- Commitment to health and safety standards in mechanical engineering practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for design optimization.
