Amethyst Consulting & Treatment Solutions, PLLC is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Outpatient Clinical Assessor and Clinicianto join our growing team. In this role, youll provide therapy and support to children, adolescents, and families across a variety of settings. You will be responsible for conducting mental health assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy in the office, home, or community. What Youll Do
- Conduct clinical mental health assessments and evaluations
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
- Provide therapy services:
- Individual
- Family
- Group
- Deliver services in-office, in-home, and community settings
- Offer crisis intervention and urgent care as needed
- Document services within 24 hours of delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams, primary care providers, and community partners
- Attend clinical meetings, team supervision, and professional development sessions
- Maintain compliance with Medicaid and private insurance panel guidelines

Who Were Looking For
- Licensed or associate-level clinician in NC:
- LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or LCAS
- Masters degree in:
- Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field
- 2+ years of post-masters clinical experience required
- Experience providing:
- CBT (minimum 2 years)
- Crisis intervention (minimum 1 year)
- Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families
- Eligible to join Medicaid and private insurance panels
- Comfortable working independently in varied environments
