Have you collaborated across creative, production, and data teams to drive integrated fundraising campaigns? American Target Advertising, the nation's oldest conservative direct marketing agency, is hiring a mid-to-senior-level Account Executive to manage and grow multi-channel fundraising campaigns for some of the most influential right-of-center nonprofit organizations in the country.

You’ll thrive here if you:
- Have 5–8 years of experience in a direct marketing fundraising agency
- Excel at client communication and relationship management
- Understand how to guide copy, creative, production, data, and results analysis
- Can lead and mentor production staff with confidence
- Are you a conservative activist or interested in conservative issues, causes and public policy?
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Leading direct mail, digital, and telemarketing fundraising campaigns
- Acting as the primary contact for client fundraising programs
- Developing strategic mailing calendars, projections, and testing plans
- Collaborating across departments to ensure quality and performance
- Driving campaign analysis and offering strategic recommendations
- Managing compliance, reporting, and client deliverables with precision
