Landscape Architect - Full-time Opportunity
We are currently seeking a talented Landscape Architect to join a dynamic Landscape Architecture and Land Development team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a wide range of projects including mixed-use developments, residential and commercial properties, schools, parks, hospitals, athletic facilities, and more.
Responsibilities:

Prepare site analysis, sketch concepts, develop site plan concepts, 3D models, renderings, and other design materials for a variety of projects.

Assist with the production of design packages, including construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates related to amenities, design grading, hardscape, and landscape elements.

Conduct research and analysis of site conditions to inform project recommendations and prepare detailed reports and assessments.

Inspect construction work to ensure it adheres to design plans and specifications.

Collaborate actively with clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to bring projects from concept to completion.

Create and deliver visual presentations to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and project teams.
Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture.

0-5+ years of experience in landscape architecture or related fields.

PLA license is preferred (or on track to receive license).

Demonstrated creative design ability, with strong sketching skills.

Proficiency in grading design and sustainable design practices.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud, and Sketch-Up.

Experience with advanced rendering platforms is desirable.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Strong presentation, written communication, time management, and organizational skills.
