Synergy Companies is looking for a new Weatherization specialist to join our coastal team. Being a part of the Synergy team allows you to help people in need in your community. Responsibilities:
- Repair major and minor issues on residential dwellings
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
- Replace showerheads and aerators
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Perform other duties , as assigned
- Perform minor HVAC duct repair and use duct leakage testing equipment
- Perform blower door testing for shell leakage
- Minor electrical repairs, fan installation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Wx certified (Bonus)
- NGAT certification (Bonus)
- Detail oriented with paperwork
