Position Overview:

Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit

Location: Our Hospital South - 10010 Kennerly Rd, St. Louis, Missouri 63128

Schedule: Full-Time | 36 hours per week

Sign-On Bonus:

  • Experienced Nurses: Up to $10,000
  • New Graduate Nurses (less than 1 year of experience): Up to $5,000

Qualifications

Education: Must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program with one of the following:

  • Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Nursing Diploma
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Licensure: A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri is required, or a compact license in accordance with state nursing board regulations.

Experience: Previous hospital experience is preferred and may be necessary depending on the specific unit.

Certifications:

  • Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, or completion within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: BSN is preferred
  • Licensure: Additional state licenses or specialty certifications are preferred
  • Experience: Previous experience in a specialty area or similar clinical environment

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to regularly push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking during shifts
  • Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary for nursing tasks
