Job Description
SkillSetGroup is looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to work in the Santa Ana, CA area. This position will be operating, setting up and programming CNC machinery in an aerospace manufacturing environment. High-level CNC programming using Esprit and MasterCAM software is a must. Strong GD&T knowledge, complex multi-axis program writing and machine setup is also a MUST. This will be a full-time, 1st shift position and a DIRECT HIRE opportunity.
Hours:
1st shift – 7AM-5PM, OT available on Saturdays.
Details:
- This is a dynamic machine shop environment, high-mix, low-volume; AS9100D & ISO9001 certified. ITAR registered.
- Running MasterCAM & Esprit. Must have very strong knowledge of GD&T, blueprint reading, MIll & Lathe CNC programming, etc.
- The hired person must be very tech minded and comfortable doing programming & full setups for multi-axis lathes & Swiss machines.
- Machines: Nakamura Tome - dual spindle/live tooling, Ganesh Cyclone, Okuma, Akira Seiki, 7-axis swiss.
- Aerospace manufacturing is a plus, metals are a must.
- Their ERP system is fully digitally integrated, they use ProShop.
