Key Responsibilities:

Assist with installation of ductwork, vents, and HVAC units in new construction projects
Load and unload tools and materials
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Follow directions from lead installers and supervisors
Use basic hand and power tools safely
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
Basic knowledge of HVAC tools and materials a plus
Willingness to learn and grow in the HVAC trade, team player
Good work ethic and positive attitude

Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
Install experience is a plus
