Your Core Mission
Drive foot traffic.
Not views.
Not followers.
Not “pretty content.”
Your results are measured by customers in the building.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
You will own the entire marketing function:
Daily
- Post 3 TikTok videos every day
- Film, edit, write captions, and track results
- Drive real customer traffic through content
Weekly
- Run weekly analytics meetings with ownership
- Review best/worst performing content
- Plan weekly content ideas
- Run 3 weekly live streams (Hormozi-style)
Growth & Strategy
- Manage and schedule influencers
- Develop hotel guest traffic strategies
- Repurpose content from livestreams
- Build partnerships to increase foot traffic
- Work within a monthly marketing budget
- Turn $1 into $10 using smart, resourceful marketing
This is a hands-on creator role, not a management desk job.

- Weekly content posted consistently (3/day)

- Strong weekly livestreams
- Rapid review growth on Google
