Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the current school year at a K-12 school located on Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada. This contract role requires on-site attendance with no remote or hybrid work options. Assignments vary in terms of caseload, age groups served, and specific school locations. Start dates are immediate, with contracts extending through May 22, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations, individualized therapy, and progress monitoring for K-12 students
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement appropriate intervention plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with Nevada Department of Education and licensure standards
  • Participate in professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology completed
  • Active Nevada Department of Education (DOE) certification
  • Valid Nevada Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • Preferred certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Commitment to working full-time on-site; part-time and virtual arrangements are not accepted
  • Experience working with school-age children preferred, ranging from entry-level (0-2 years) to advanced practitioners (10+ years)

Location: Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada (Las Vegas Area)
