Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain cardiac and vascular operating rooms before, during, and after procedures
- Assist surgeons and clinical staff with specialized cardiac and vascular equipment and instruments
- Ensure strict adherence to sterile techniques and infection control protocols
- Monitor patients intraoperatively and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outes
Qualifications:
- Experience as a CVOR Technician or equivalent nursing background in cardiac OR settings
- Thorough knowledge of cardiac and vascular surgery instrumentation and procedures
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and munication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
