We are currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our school-based programs. If you are passionate about supporting children and young adults with autism, developmental delays, and learning differences, and you thrive in a collaborative, supportive environment, we would love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct screenings and standardized evaluations to determine therapy needs

  • Provide individualized occupational therapy services targeting fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, self-care, and related areas

  • Develop and implement treatment plans, IEPs, and 504 goals in collaboration with educators and service providers

  • Monitor progress, document services, and ensure compliance with timelines and standards

  • Manage caseload effectively to balance productivity with quality care

  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure holistic, student-centered support

  • Discharge individuals when goals and outcomes are achieved

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy

  • Licensure: Current State Board of Occupational Therapy License

  • Experience: Prior work with developmental delays, autism, or in a school/clinic setting preferred

  • Skills: Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities

Required Clearances & Training:

  • Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance

  • Act 34 State Criminal History Clearance

  • Act 114 FBI Clearance (DOE)

  • Act 168 Clearance

  • Mandated Reporter Training

  • CPR/First Aid Certification

  • Recent Physical/TB Test
