Our organization is currently looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician to join our expanding primary care services in the Philadelphia area.
This position is entirely outpatient, providing robust clinical support and the chance to develop a patient panel within a community-oriented health system.

Immediate patient volume ready for engagement

Exclusively outpatient with no inpatient duties

Collaborative care model including Advanced Practice Providers and support staff

Utilization of integrated Epic EMR system

Strong referral network within our health system
Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

Board Certified or Board Eligible in either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients

Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic health conditions

Focus on preventive care and population health strategies

Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes

Ensure timely and precise documentation of patient interactions

Engage in quality improvement and performance enhancement initiatives
Work Schedule & Call Requirements

Full-time outpatient schedule with 34 patient-facing hours

Minimal on-call duties (1:6 call schedule), phone-only
