Firefighter Uniform Coordinator
Location: Tempe AZ
Job Type: Full-time/ Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

We are seeking a Firefighter Uniform Coordinator to join our dedicated team and serve as the first point of contact for our firefighter customers. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing, forward-thinking organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist front counter sales and walk-in customers.
- Ensure proper opening and closing of the front counter.
- Help firefighters with uniform fittings.
- Process web store uniform orders and alterations, including preparing detailed sales orders, forms, and invoices.
- Estimate product delivery timelines based on production and shipping schedules.
- Receive customer payments.
- Educate and inform customers about all products and services offered by United Fire.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom environment.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years customer service or retail experience.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Comfortable working with software systems and workstations.
- Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
