Office Bookkeeper / Office Administrator
We’re a small, growing company looking to hire an organized and dependable Office Bookkeeper / Office Admin to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys structure, numbers, and being the go-to person in the office.
What You’ll Do
- Handle basic bookkeeping (AP/AR, invoices, payments, deposits)
- Enter and track expenses, receipts, and bills
- Assist with payroll processing and timecards
- Reconcile accounts and keep records organized
- Answer phones, emails, and manage basic office communication
- Schedule appointments and help coordinate jobs
- Organize files, documents, and digital records
- Order office supplies and handle general office needs
- Support ownership and team with administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Prior bookkeeping or office admin experience preferred
- Comfortable with QuickBooks or similar software (or willing to learn)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently in a small-office setting
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, invoicing)
