trak group is partnering with a respected CNC machining organization in the Cincinnati area to identify a strategic and hands-on Quality Control Manager. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing quality systems, maintaining ISO 9001:2015 certification, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with ISO and internal quality standards
- Analyze test results and provide interpretation and feedback to production leadership
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and process performance
- Lead, mentor, and develop quality control technicians and specialists
- Address customer concerns and uphold high-quality standards to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain detailed quality records, reporting, and statistical data
- Stay current on industry standards, regulatory requirements, and advancements in quality systems
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance within CNC manufacturing
- Internal Auditor training in ISO 9001:2015
- Experience operating/programming CMM using OpenDMIS (Wenzel CMMs)
- Experience maintaining ISO 9001:2015 certification and leading audits
- Familiarity with PPAP submissions and quality data collection
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
