Overview

The Account Executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of client business while building trusted relationships with clients and internal teams. This role serves as a key connector across strategy, creative, social, production, and media, ensuring projects move efficiently from kickoff through delivery.

As an Account Executive, you'll confidently manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables while supporting integrated marketing campaigns across social, digital, experiential, and traditional channels. You'll bring organization, curiosity, and proactive communication to every project, while continuing to develop your strategic thinking and business acumen.

The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail-oriented, digitally fluent, and excited to help clients grow through thoughtful, integrated marketing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client communication and serve as a trusted point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns across social, digital, creative, experiential, and production.
  • Develop project briefs, timelines, estimates, meeting recaps, and status reports to keep work moving efficiently.
  • Manage project schedules, deliverables, and budgets while identifying risks and communicating solutions proactively.
  • Support strategic planning through competitive research, audience insights, consumer trends, and market analysis.
  • Assist in developing campaign recommendations, presentations, and client-facing materials.
  • Monitor campaign performance and partner with internal teams to identify optimization opportunities using data and insights.
  • Support influencer, creator, and content initiatives, including timelines, approvals, and asset delivery.
  • Help develop content calendars, social plans, and integrated campaign timelines.
  • Build a strong understanding of each client's business, brand, competitive landscape, and marketing objectives.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging platforms, AI tools, and evolving best practices to bring fresh ideas to clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4 years of agency, marketing, or related experience.
  • Experience managing projects and supporting client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing with experience across social, digital, and content-driven campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze consumer insights, market trends, and campaign performance to support strategic recommendations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace; experience with project management tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
