Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others? At Kindred Hospital - The Palm Beaches, we are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide therapy to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities for adult and geriatric patients in a supportive rehabilitation environment.

How You'll Contribute

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will:

  • Provide therapy to help patients recover and regain confidence in their speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
  • Communicate patient progress and challenges to supervisors and team members, ensuring seamless patient care.
  • Document patient care in compliance with regulatory and accrediting requirements.
  • Instruct families and nursing staff on follow-through programs to support patient recovery.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment and equipment.
  • Uphold the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and comply with all relevant laws and standards.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned to support our mission.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • A master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology from ASHA.
  • A minimum of six months of experience working with adult and geriatric populations.
  • A current and unrestricted Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
