Server - Part Time

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and warmly, ensuring they feel welcome.
Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
Deliver food and drinks quickly while maintaining accuracy and presentation.
Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, friendly service.
Upsell menu items, specials, and signature dishes.
Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
Collaborate with bussers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Maintain a clean, organized section and assist with side work as needed.

Requirements

Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused personality.
Strong multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
Previous serving experience preferred, but not required—we will train the right candidate.
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Illinois.
