Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time, contract position is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) holding CCC credentials and school certification to support K-12 students during the 2025-2026 school year. This role is based onsite in Williamsburg, VA, serving students in a separate private day setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy for K-12 students with diverse communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on student assessments.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to program development.
Qualifications:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Valid school-based SLP certification.
- Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings preferred.
- Ability to deliver therapy in an onsite private day school environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
