SUMMARY

JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to the following:

  • Promoting business development opportunities
  • Contacting potential clients through Cold Calls and emails
  • Presenting our brand to potential clients
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving brand awareness
  • Building long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Reporting to the Franchise development senior manager on (Weekly/Monthly) development processes and result

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • Experience in F&B sales, marketing or related field.
  • a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience RECRUITING and ACTIVATING multi-unit franchisee candidates (preferably franchisees whove signed up for 5 25 units)
  • REQUIREMENT: 3 to 5 years experience working in a restaurant franchise system, preferably driving rapid growth and across multiple U.S. markets
  • REQUIREMENT: proficiency with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or FranConnect, preferably as the lead business user or power user
  • Active participation in franchising organizations and conferences: IFA, FLDC, MUFC, etc.
  • Proven track record of building and nurturing networks of potential franchisees
  • Expert understanding of franchising regulations and documentation
