SUMMARY
JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to the following:
- Promoting business development opportunities
- Contacting potential clients through Cold Calls and emails
- Presenting our brand to potential clients
- Finding and developing new markets and improving brand awareness
- Building long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Reporting to the Franchise development senior manager on (Weekly/Monthly) development processes and result
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Experience in F&B sales, marketing or related field.
- a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience RECRUITING and ACTIVATING multi-unit franchisee candidates (preferably franchisees whove signed up for 5 25 units)
- REQUIREMENT: 3 to 5 years experience working in a restaurant franchise system, preferably driving rapid growth and across multiple U.S. markets
- REQUIREMENT: proficiency with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or FranConnect, preferably as the lead business user or power user
- Active participation in franchising organizations and conferences: IFA, FLDC, MUFC, etc.
- Proven track record of building and nurturing networks of potential franchisees
- Expert understanding of franchising regulations and documentation
