Job Description

Position Summary:
As an On-Call Handyman, you will respond to property maintenance needs including minor repairs and installations. This is an as-needed role suited for a multi-skilled technician with flexible availability.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general repair tasks (patching, caulking, replacing hardware, painting touch-ups)
Assemble furniture, install fixtures, mount shelves, etc.
Conduct basic plumbing and electrical troubleshooting (non-licensed)
Report completed work and document issues
Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas
Represent Assign Home Solutions professionally at each site

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of handyman or general maintenance experience
Own basic tools and personal protective equipment (PPE)
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
