In this role, you will provide prompt and effective repair services for appliances and furniture while delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in troubleshooting issues, completing repairs efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, and committed to providing quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:• Diagnose and repair appliances and furniture efficiently and accurately
• Provide exceptional customer service during service calls and repairs
• Communicate repair needs and timelines clearly with customers
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Ensure repairs are completed safely and professionallyQualifications and Requirements:• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of delivery, repair, or related experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Familiarity with GPS and navigation software
• Strong communication and customer service skills
