Job Title: Sales Manager

Pay: $85,000 - 120,000 per year

Location: Tulsa Metropolitan Area

Benefits: This role is eligible for medical, dental, vision and 401k.


Position Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth. This role oversees sales strategy execution, pipeline management, and team performance while fostering strong client relationships and a results-driven culture.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to improve performance and professional growth
  • Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and expectations for the team
  • Monitor market trends and adjust sales approaches accordingly
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback
  • Motivate the team through coaching, incentives, and recognition
  • Oversee sales pipeline management and ensure accurate forecasting
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and reporting standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Support the team in closing high-value or complex deals
  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership to align sales initiatives
  • Provide feedback on customer needs, competitive insights, and product opportunities

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of industry related sales experience in a heavy-duty industry or manufacturing environment. Other combinations of formal training, education and/or experience may be considered.
  • Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and methods preferred.
  • Estimating experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and planning skills.
