**$17.00/HR + OVERTIME | TEMP-TO-PERM OPPORTUNITY!**
Mancan Staffing is seeking dependable and motivated **Paint Line Laborers** to join a well-established **metal fabrication facility in the Southpointe area**. This is a hands-on role in a **fast-paced production environment** with strong potential for long-term employment and growth.
**What Youll Be Doing:**
Hang, remove, and inspect metal parts on the paint line
Prep materials for painting (cleaning, masking, sanding as needed)
Assist with paint line operations to ensure smooth production flow
Perform basic quality checks on finished products
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals
**What Were Looking For:**
Previous paint line, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred (not required)
**Shift:** 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical labor
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
