Responsibilities Include
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice to optimize clinic efficiency
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure timely service delivery that exceeds customer expectations
- Drive high standards of care through optimal administrative excellence, including inquiries, billing, and record-keeping
- Implement and oversee the adherence to office policies and procedures to maintain high productivity and compliance
- Collaborate with doctors and staff to foster a positive work environment and promote professional growth, addressing any issues that may arise
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a dental or orthodontic practice.
- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively.
